This contract involved complete clearance of an extremely run-down property in readiness for a new build.  The dwelling needed to be demolished, but before we could tackle this the surrounding trees & overgrown foliage had to go.

Our mulcher made short work of the green waste before we called in Full Circle Arboriculture to fell the larger trees.

Once the asbestos removal team attended to the offending material on the house, we got stuck into the earthworks.  By leveling off the sloping section, we were able to make more usable area for future development to maximise the value of this stunning site.

Dan & the team at Bayside Tauranga added the finishing touch for the transformation with the retaining walls & fencing.
